product description
GKER high-quality 1.0um fiber Bragg grating reflectors (also known as fiber laser cavity mirrors) are designed specifically for 1.0um high-power continuous and pulsed fiber lasers. These reflectors use optimized chirped fiber Bragg grating (FBG) writing technology and are written into special double clad fibers. These reflectors are suitable for single-mode fiber to large mode field (LMA) fiber and can handle pump powers of up to 3000W or more.
The key characteristics of these fiber Bragg grating reflectors include:
High power processing capability: designed to handle high-power continuous and pulsed fiber lasers, with a pump power processing capability of over 3000W
Optimized chirped fiber Bragg grating (FBG) technology: This technology is used to write special double clad fibers to achieve efficient beam reflection and control the properties of the laser cavity.
High reflectivity: GKER can provide high reflectivity gratings with various bandwidths and precise matching, which is crucial for the performance of fiber lasers.
Heat dissipation packaging or only recoating: These reflectors can be packaged with heat dissipation packaging or only recoating to meet different application requirements and improve thermal management efficiency.
Low insertion loss: Fiber Bragg grating reflectors have low insertion loss within the transmission wavelength range, which is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and performance of the laser.
High isolation: Fiber Bragg grating reflectors can achieve high reflectivity for monitoring signals, with steep reflection curve edges and low loss for other communication signals
Temperature stability: Fiber Bragg grating reflectors have excellent temperature characteristics, which are crucial for maintaining performance stability under different environmental conditions.
Anti electromagnetic interference: These reflectors have the ability to resist electromagnetic interference, making them suitable for applications where electromagnetic interference may exist.
These fiber Bragg grating reflectors are ideal choices for fiber lasers, fiber amplifiers, and other high-performance fiber systems, providing precise beam control and efficient power processing capabilities.
