product description
The High Power Polarization Maintaining Tap Isolator (HPMTI series) is a high-performance optical component designed specifically for fiber laser and testing instrument applications. It combines the functions of a beam splitter coupler and a polarization maintaining isolator, and has the following characteristics:
Low insertion loss: The typical insertion loss at 23 ℃ is 0.8 dB, and the maximum insertion loss does not exceed 1.0 dB.
High isolation: The minimum isolation is 25 dB at 23 ℃ and in all polarization states, with a typical peak isolation of 45 dB.
High power processing capability: capable of processing an average optical power of up to 10 kW, with a peak power of up to 15 kW for nanosecond pulses.
High Return Loss: The minimum return loss is 50 dB, which helps reduce the impact of reflected light, protect the light source, and improve system performance.
Excellent environmental stability and reliability: The operating temperature range is 0 to+60 ℃, and the storage temperature range is -40 to+85 ℃, which enables the component to work stably under various environmental conditions.
Polarization preservation: This isolator preserves the polarization state of light, which is crucial for applications that require maintaining specific polarization characteristics.
In addition, the HPMTI series also offers different customization options, including different center wavelengths (1030 nm or 1064 nm), tap ratios, connector types, fiber jacket types, fiber lengths, working axes, and fiber types, to meet different application needs.
